Variable Rate Information

After December 1, 1999, your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) may vary. The rate will be adjusted monthly and will be determined by adding a Margin to an Index. The Index will be the highest Prime Rate (rounded to the next higher 1/10%) published in the "Money Rates" section of The Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the month before which the billing period begins. The Margin will be 13.8%. Minimum APR 21.96%. However, if your Account becomes 30 days past due or is permanently closed because of default, the Margin will be 15.8%. Minimum APR 24.0%. Grace Period for Repayment of the Balance for Purchases

Two-cycle Average Daily Balance Method (including new purchases).
        
For billing periods which begin after December 1, 1999:
Two-cycle Daily Balance Method (including new purchases).
Minimum Finance Charge $.50 for any billing cycle in which a FINANCE CHARGE of less than $.50 would otherwise be imposed, except in PR.
CASH ADVANCE FEE The greater of $3.00 or 3% of the cash advance.
LATE FEE $25.00 if you fail to make a required payment by the Payment Due Date as set forth on your billing statement in any month.
BAD CHECK CHARGE $25.00 for payment checks returned to us or for convenience checks returned by us.
